Happiness is something that we all want a chunk of.

And my guest this week, Ele from @ele_mentor brings us a small chunk of how to make your brain happier. Ele is someone who cannot get enough of neuroscience.

This book, which is 'very interactive', has great exercises that are easy-to-do and is very interactive with lots of examples, could possibly help to increase positive chemicals in your brain.

The four main chemicals that contribute to a happy brain are dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphin. Put these together into a mixture and your brain should be happy, 🙂
